I know this review is a little late, but better late then never, right? Okay so on to the shoes, I love the Christian Louboutin Daffodil or any of their shoes in general, however my budget does not afford such gorgeous beauties. And honestly even if I could afford them, there is something about paying 600 upwards to 2,000+plus on any shoes unsettling to my stomach. Perhaps it’s because I know I could buy a used car cash, put down a down payment on a car or any number of things. In spite of me not wanting to pay that much, it doesn’t mean we can’t stop oohing and aahing at these beauties. So I waited and waited for someone to make look a likes, and finally!!! DRUM ROLLS PLEASE!! We have 2 that made the cut!
If you follow my blog then you will know that these are my go to pumps 99 % of the time, I know they might be overkill so sorry! Well why do I love them, you ask? For one they are comfy and I use that term lightly because let’s be honest, how comfy can a heel actually be? They are easy to walk in and the leather is buttery and smooth. The construction of the shoe is pretty superb for $129.00 bucks. The neutral color makes them perfect and a go to with almost any shade or outfit.
Over all I give these shoes a 10 out of 10, and would definitely recommend these to a friend. I would love Steve Madden to make these pumps in more colors in the future? and perhaps a nice cheetah print? oh and a Mary jane would be just magnificent.. ahhh a girl can dream.
1. Steve Madden Dejavu
2.Studio TLMS Diamante
I can’t tell you much about these except they might be closer to the heel height of the Christian Louboutin Daffodile
1. Crazy colored hair- You may not be fond of this but I personally love it. I am not bold enough to do all my hair because I think I would ruin/damage it with all that dying. But if I could I definitely would do it pastel colors, even if just for a little while! Colored hair of this magnitude tends to look better on paler skin, just my opinion. But if you are going to do it I recommend doing it ombre just so theres less damage.
2.STUDS & Spikes, now I know some of these things have been around forever and through time they just get recycled but personally I don’t get tired of seeing them. Try pairing them with something feminine, it balances the look out. Well unless your in to the super grunge look.

3. Lace is a lovely feminine detail that I love that is currently trending, again I think its nice to pair something really feminine to something that is a little edgy. If your looking to add a little feminine detail you can opt for something subtle like the sweater below that has just a little lace added into the blouse. This sweater is cute but relaxed at the same time ,which I love.
Todays look is a super comfy and relaxed everyday look, I have grown to love boyfriend jeans. It is somewhat different from my usual skinny jeans but I enjoy the change up on what I am used too.
What do you guys think of Boyfriend jeans? I wish more companies made them with all different materials and shapes, they usually run either too tight in the bottom or look overly big? They are somewhat limited now in the (level of cuteness) in my opinion. These are cool they have some little detailing in the back which I like.

Some of the celebs that I think that wear this trend really well are repeat offenders (in a good way) Rachel Bilson always looks super cute and pairs things together really well. As well as Katie Holmes, Gwen Stefani and Reese Witherspoon. There has to be that great mix/balance of masculinity and femininity and I think these girls usually pull it off really nicely.
There are so many gorgeous bags out there and the Proenza Schouler is no exception, this bad boy retails for 1,595! so while I love the buttery leather satchel, my wallet doesn’t Think goodness for look alikes:) See a few I have attached.
Proenza Schouler PS1 Large Leather in Saddle $1,995.00
When I look at the oscar dresses I try my hardest to remain neutral and not choose something because everybody else does, I always think that they are way to hard when they judge these ladies but I will chose my favorite and least favorite of the night. I am going to put them in order from my favorite to least.
What do you guys think? Who was your favorite of the night??

1.Pin Board is a virtual pinboard that let’s you organize things you love. I accidently came across it and since then have been back on every day looking for inspirational motivation and uplifting words. You have to send a request to be invited but after you do you can organize almost anything from food, fashion or inspirational words. You can always just search for what your looking for and browse without signing up.
2. Etsy.com, is a online shop that lets you buy or sell basically or almost anything handmade such as clothing and crafts. I love this website, they have so many unique one of a kind items that you will most likely not see any where else.
3.Heels.com is a online shoe retailer, that sells obviously heels, they carry a variety of brands but what I love about them is that they have a video of every shoe being worn/displayed with video. This can help you decide if you really want them since you can see what they look on feet.
4.BodyRock.tv this may not be new to many people but for those of you who haven’t heard of their online movement for at home fitness, I find it inspirational (just alone that they are superbly in shape) but they also seem to genuinley love what they do. I have tried their workouts and they are challenging but none the less are note worthy and work!
5. John Lennon’s song IMAGINE (What a wonderful concept) lately his works and message to the World has truly inspired me to not only educate myself but also to do more in this World and to live my life without boundries.
With a wide range of colors available in clothing I find that sometimes a plethora of colors can at times be intimidating and challenging to put together. I have had a lot of people ask me how to wear certain colors together which is why I decided to give some examples on how to wear them. We maybe not to want to wear it because we don’t think we will look good in it or also it might be we are not sure of how to wear a certain color or piece. And lastly you might be afraid of running the risk of looking like barney or an easter egg in doing so. If you are one of those individuals who is afraid of wearing bright colors and appearing to loud there are ways to incorporate colors without being over the top, unless that’s your thing (as I do).
By pairing a bright color with generally lighter colors you can create a beautiful color palette that looks effortless and beautiful.
By choosing one piece with color as your focal point you can wear a range of colors without being over the top.
My suggestion is that if you like your legs then chose to wear your jeans as the focal point or vise versa if you don’t want to highlight your legs you can choose a top as the focal point, hand bag or shoes.
Here are a few examples I came up with, all the outfits I found are from top shop.
Spring is on the verge of arriving and while Fall is my favorite season, I must say I am extremely excited for Spring 2012 trends to arrive. From a range of beautiful colors, bold patterns and feminine details you will be as excited as me to see whats in store. I loved so many of the designers lines however if I had to choose my favorite it would be Givenchy, I loved the manipulation and use of fabrics with some of the designs but on the other hand they also managed a sleekness, simplicity and femininity in their tailoring. Hope you guys enjoy as I did!
