I have been debating a lot lately on returning to school. I completed my associates over a year and a half ago and in a lot of ways it has gotten me no where. I blame it only choice of degree, little did I know there is such a lack of demand for jobs in fashion marketing, but hey we live and learn. Not to say I didn’t enjoy going to school for what I chose and hey who knows it may help me down the road. But at this point it has yet to bare fruit. I am thinking about going back to school for nursing, but I haven’t yet bitten the bullet so to speak, I’m going to get there I’m sure, however I have always been like this.. I have the need to stew over things a bit! I realize I should pull it off like a bandaid and just get started however Silvas like to procrastinate either way I’m now a Lucas, (marriage) and the Lucas family does not procrastinate! Ultimately it’s all in taking the first step! So let’s just do it right?! What are you waiting on today?

I love monochramatic looks are all neutral colors with something crazy like a awesome pumps like these are a bold lip to pull the look together. For some reason I prefer prints to be on my feet? and love pieces that are unique but plain in color. I like to look for awesome shapes but like a beautiful bag or my shoes to do the talking so to speak! Just what I have always tend to gravitate too and the above is no exception.

Hello Darlings, I have been waiting for it to get cold enough to wear this sweater and thankfully a day arose about a week ago, where it was cold enough for me to wear it without sweating like crazy. The sweater is from TOPSHOP, Jeans are old levi leggings and the shoes are from solestruck. They are by messeca and are called gavin click on link here for shoes
Hope your weekend has started off right, mine has been crazy.. I found out I have squirrels living in my attic, (damage) so you can imagine the fun I have had. I am looking for work and that has been crazy. Those that are or have been out of the job market and have been for a while should understand, well you know it’s work trying to get back in. I orginally took off some time so I could graduate and then well it has turned out to be longer than I ever wanted or anticipated. Well with that being said I will end the rant here and wish you all a pleasant weekend.
Sorry for quality of the pictures, my camera lately is off and my photos are coming out blurry!
Until next time,
PLEASE SHOW THE LOVE and Rate and COMMENT below, I am listening:)
Hello, Darlings..I was thinking of a way to incorporate these lighter colors and transition them into winter. I saw this cute comfy sweater at forever 21 and thought 20 dollars was a great price. I have a similar jumper from Topshop that cost around $60 bucks, they are closely enough related that I think its a great buy. The bag is Rebecca Minkoff and is a recent purchase from tjmaxx and I am sure will get its use for years to come. Most of my closet is lighter colors so through the winter you will see or incorporate lighter colors in my looks. So how do you wear lighter colors in the winter? or do you avoid them?
